Se ordenó al Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca – Sección Tercera, que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento de la solicitud de tutela de la referencia, de conformidad con el inciso primero del numeral 1º del Art. 1º del Decreto Reglamentario 1382 de 2000, que asigna competencia a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, a los Tribunales Administrativos y a los Consejos Seccionales de la Judicatura para conocer en primera instancia de las acciones de tutela que se interpongan contra cualquier autoridad pública del orden nacional.
